Ordering can be done here via our webshop.

DISPATCH
Shipping costs start from €4.95 for the Netherlands and Germany. For shipments of larger/heavier items (over 10kg), the rate will be indicated at your order. For orders over €50.00, shipping costs are covered by LA Luxury Design.
For all other countries within Europe, shipping costs are €10.00. Orders over €100.00 are shipped for free.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is within 1 - 7 working days, provided the item is in stock. If there are different delivery times, the delivery time will be stated with the product. We will keep you informed via email. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the Track & Trace code so that you can track your package.

RETURNING
Returning is possible within 14 days of receipt, with the return costs being at your own expense.First, you must notify us of your return by email at info@laluxurydesign.nl.
You will then receive a confirmation of your return notification.
Once the return has been received by us, you will receive your money back in your specified bank account within 7 days.
The condition is that the item is unused, unassembled, and undamaged, and that the item is still in its original packaging. Except for specially ordered items and discounted items, these cannot be returned. No exceptions can be made for this. The costs for returning the item are at your own expense. You must return the item well packaged due to the fragility of our products.
