We check the stock and you will receive a confirmation from us within 2 working days.

SHIPPING
The shipping costs are from €4.95 for the Netherlands and Germany. For shipments of larger/heavier (above 10kg) items, the rate will be indicated with your order. For orders above € 50.00, the shipping costs are for LA Luxury Design.
For all other countries within Europe, shipping costs are €10.00. Orders over €100.00 are shipped for free.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is within 1 - 3 working days, if the item is in stock. In case of different delivery times, the delivery time is stated with the product. We will keep you informed by e-mail. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the Track & Trace code so that you can track your package.

RETURNS
Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt, the return costs are for your own account. You must first pass on your return report to us, by e-mail to info@laluxurydesign.nl.
You will then receive a confirmation of your return report.
When the return has been received by us, you will receive your money back to your indicated bank account within 7 days.
The condition is that the item is unused, unassembled and undamaged and the item is still in its original packaging sit. Unfortunately, with the exception of items specially ordered for you and discounted items, these cannot be returned. There is no exception to this. The costs for the return are for your own account. You must return the item well packed due to the fragility of our products.
